Why?
We try to make equivalent comparisons as much as possible. The goal was to choose the cheapest location for each cloud provider while also staying in the same region.
What's Best?
Cloud providers have a lot of differences between regions.
For example, Azure has cheaper SSD and Blob Storage in East US 2 (compared to just East US), but the HDDs are way more expensive.
The best case is to support changing the region.
That's a fair amount of work, so we understandably don't support it in this first release.
